设计意图：轻松的和同学们进行口语交流，拉近和学生之间的距离。同时也复习了第一至第四单元的重点句型，用一首歌的形式引出了旅行青蛙。

Step2. Introduce the frog

Step3. Brainstorm

设计意图：通过Brainstorm 的形式复习了交通工具，并用句子的形式为下文写作打好铺垫。同时引出下面的拓展词汇，开拓同学们的发散思维，引起学生对本节课的兴趣。

Step4. Guessing game

T: Let’s play a guessing game. Please listen and guess what place it is. (教授6个新授单词，贴板书)

设计意图：通过Guessing game ,拓展词汇：bank，mall, restaurant, hotel, museum, post office，然后出现一张地图，引出旅行青蛙到昆山旅游， 由此引出题目“Around our city”,贴近实际，贴近生活。

Step5. Good memory

设计意图：由旅行青蛙到昆山一游为主题，老师出示昆山的一张地图，由于旅行青蛙不熟悉昆山，需要同学们的指导。利用2个good memory的游戏，第一个游戏让同学们记住我们城市的一些路。第二个游戏让同学们记住一些地方。巩固这些新授的拓展词汇。

Step6. Ask and tell the way

T: Now the travelling frog is in kunshan now. He wants to go to many places .But he lost his way. Can you think about how he will ask the way?

Yes he can ask Where’s the…? How can/do I get to…?or Can you tell me the way to ….? And boys and girls , how will you tell him the way ,what sentence pattern can you use?.... Go along….

T: The travelling frog is now on Renmin Road ,but he lost his way ,and he is very sad . Let’s listen .
