2. Brainstorming

(1)围绕中心词说说词语。

(2)围绕Mike说说:

What do you know about Mike?

Step 2 Story time

1. 1. 听录音前半段,回答问题:

When is it? Where are they?(麦克的妈妈、妹妹、弟弟)

了解Mike is talking about …(family, housework)

学习Helping parents,板书课题。

2. 看动画,连线:

What’s Helen/ Mike doing?

交流后读一读:

(1)Helen is helping her parents.

She is sweeping the floor in the morning.

She is washing the dishes in the afternoon.

(2)Mike is …, too.

He is cleaning … in the morning.

He is cleaning … in the ...

3. 学习阅读技巧:

(1)提问能力:Can you ask some questions about them?(出示其他家人照片)

(2)抓关键词:带着这些问题自读,圈画,找答案。学习:Tip: 阅读时,可以自己提问并找找课文的关键词和重点句子,从而读懂课文。
