(15mins)1.Turn into the new lesson. Listen and read the conversation of 1a,and answer the question. T: What are you doing?

T:What were we doing at this time yesterday?
S:We were having a math class.
1.What is Jane doing now?
2.What was Jane doing at this time yesterday?
有趣引入新课。2.Read 1a together and find out the sentences with “be +v.ing”.1.The telephone rings while Jane is practicing the violin.
2. What are you doing, Jane ?
I’m practicing the violin.
3. What were you doing at this time yesterday ?
Oh, I was taking a shower.
4.The Present Continuous Tense:
现在进行时
结构am / is /are + v-ing
5.was/were + v.ing过去进行时。
过去进行时概念:表示过去的某个时刻/某一时间段正在进行的动作 1.朗读课文1a,并在对话中找出有be + v. ing 形式的句子。2.呈现现在进行时和过去进行时的结构和概念。
