四、Teaching procedures

Step1 Pre-reading

1.Today let’s play a game first. Look at this word, what’s in your mind?

2.T: I can use the pen and paper to draw pictures. Look, they are my pictures, this is the sun, this is a cloud, this is wind, and this is rain. They are all about(weather). So it’s sunny, it’s cloudy, it’s windy, it’s rainy.

3.I use the pen and paper to draw pictures, I also use them to write diaries. So I like drawing and writing diaries. Look, this is Yang Ling, she likes drawing and writing diaries, too.

Step2 While-reading

1. T: This is her diary, what do you want to know about her diary?(教师板书学生问题)
