Sometimes, we are facing with something unpleasant in our daily life. For example, as student, we may fail some important tests or quarrel with our classmates. What’s worse, sometimes our time is controlled by our parents and teachers. We may feel this is at the end of our life. When I meet with something unpleasant in my life, I don’t feel discouraging. Instead, I usually make thorough examination of what had happened. Then I will analyze my problems carefully, hope to find solutions to it. Listening to music, having a chat with my close friends, or simple shouting in the open air are my way to deal with unpleasant things.
