三、教材及学生状况分析
1.教材分析
教材的每个单元的各种教学活动均以一个与学生日常生活密切相关的话题为主线,围绕该主线连缀“综合阅读”(Reading A)、“听力训练”(Listening)、“口语训练”(Speaking)、“完全理解性训练”(Reading B)、“写作训练”(Writing)和“语法”(Grammar)等六个模块。其中以“综合阅读”(Reading A)为核心向听说读写语言技能和词汇、语法等语言项目辐射。
第六单元的教学内容是围绕中国的文化遗产(Chinese heritage – Beijing opera/Traditional Chinese medicine)来展开教学活动的。reading A以简洁的文字、直接的表达、丰富的实例,向人们展示了中华文化的璀璨瑰宝—京剧的历史、特点、人物及流派等。
第六单元处于本册书中间位置,而且下一单元的内容是关于流行音乐的话题,前后题材对比鲜明,安排别具匠心。它们都属于日常生活话题,本课的内容虽不是学生熟悉和感兴趣的内容,但随着教育部“京剧艺术进课堂”举措地实施,学生对京剧的了解也必将加深。通过对本课的学习,使学生能够较好的了解有关京剧的知识,以及其学生们对京剧的兴趣和喜爱,提高他们对祖国传统文化的理解和认识,以利于对我国传统文化的传承和振兴。
本单元的教学可分为4个课时,其中Warm up和Reading A 2学时(第一学时包括Warm up和Reading A阅读及词汇,为阅读课;第二学时Reading A及语法),Listening和Speaking 1学时,Reading B和Writing 1学时。今天所讲的Reading A为阅读课,是第一课时。
2.学生情况分析
The students in my class are in grade three. They all know it is very important for their future to learn English well .But they know little about Beijing opera .What’s more ,they don’t like it .So I should cultivate the students’ interest in Beijing opera and solve different kinds of language problems
四、教学目标
1、Knowledge aims: To get the students understand the main idea of the text after speed-reading.
2、Ability aims: Enable the students to retell the whole text. To improve the students’ listening ,speaking reading and writing ability.
3 、Emotion aims: (1)To make the Ss know more about Beijing Opera, for example : its history ,characteristics and so on.
(2)To develop their interest in Beijing opera.
五、教学重、难点
The important points:Students finish speed-reading in limited time and understand the text absolutely after intensive-reading.
The difficult points:Students can retell the text after learning the text.
