Step 1 Leading in
Do you love eating apples? Yes. Of Course. Apples are juicy and tasty. Besides, they are good for our health. As a saying goes, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Today we are going to learn a story entitled The Apple Tree.
Step 2 Look at the following pictures and predict the story:
(Once upon a time, a little boy loved climbing the apple tree and eating the apples. He picked all the apples on the tree and sold them to get money for his new toys. When he grew up, he cut off the tree to make a boat and sailed away. Many years later, he was tired of traveling, so he returned home as an old man. He sat down on the stump to have a rest.)
