Step1. Warming up and lead-in

We live in a world where there are all kinds of animals around us.

Show some pictures and an video to the students, let the Ss know the situation about these animals------They are endangered animals.

Discussion:

Why are they in danger?

They have not enough food.

Their habitat is being destroyed or changed.

They are being killed and hunted by people.

The environment is polluted.
