教学目标：

By the end of this period students are expected to:

Complete the structure chart of the passage they have read

Summarize the main idea of an exposition based on the analysis of the title and the first part of the text.

Be able to locate the topic sentences and comb out the key points based on the structure chart.

Paraphrase the topic sentences and key words in the passage thus writing a good summary.
