经过两年多的阅读训练, 高三的学生对于阅读技巧有了一定的掌握。 懂得如何运用skimming 和 scanning 来了解文章的框架结构主旨大意。 高三(X)是一个文科班, 女生居多。对于婚礼这个主题会较感兴趣。 但是另一方面, 这个主题对于高三的学生而言又是比较遥远的, 因此他们对于相关的语言表达都比较陌生。 因此, 解决语言障碍, 引导学生就所读的内容展开谈论从而转化成内在语言来表达自己的观点成为了这堂课的主要目的。

教学过程
I. Pre-reading
T: Prepare a word bank
S: Pick out relevant words to the topic
Purpose: To elicit the topic and get students to be familiar with new words
II. While-reading
Focus on the text and discuss the topic
T: Prepare questions and collect relevant information? and organize class activities
S: Finish an outline; Discuss different elements of a wedding
Purpose:?To help the students have a better understanding of the text; arouse their interests in planning a wedding
III. Consolidation:
What is your ideal wedding
T: Organize the discussion
S: Use the what have been discussed to plan a wedding
Purpose: To Encourage the students to use the target words and expressions to fulfill the task
IX. Assignment
1.Review all the new words

3.Read the text after class
