1. Work in pairs. Choose the correct answers.? 2. Listen and repeat phrases in activity 1. Notice the weak sound.

弱读? 英语中的介词、冠词、连词等有两种读音:1.强读。用于单念和连贯言语。2弱读。用于言语的轻读。轻读表现在元音的弱化上。如at. 口语中语气越随便越快,弱化现象越严重。虚词(人称代词、反身代词、物主代词、关系代词、助动词、情态动词、系动词)轻读。

重读? 英语中的实义词(名词\动词\数词等)一般重读。实词不重读的特殊情况①实词第二次出现。He thinks of that as a child thinks. ②感叹词中的what和how。 What a good day it is!? How nice he is!? ③一个名词被第二个名词修饰时。 I will pick you up in the railway station. ④代替词。which bag do you prefer? The pink one. ⑤this短语。 this morning/afternoon

虚词重读的特殊情况①助动词、情态动词、系动词在句首句尾和否定时。②介词在句首和句尾。On the table, he found a pen.? This is the pen I wrote with.? ③反身代词表示强调时。He couldn’t come himself.
