Help students to understand words by context and explaining 2 Some students may feel it not confident enough or uncomfortable to express their opinions in English. The teacher guides students to talk about advantages and disadvantages of the internet.

3 min The teacher instructs students to look at title and bold words and encourage students to predict what’s the passage is about.

3 Read and recite Train students’ reading skill: skimming and scanning

Develop students’ logic thinking: support their ideas with facts 8mins The teacher assigns students into reading. Each group will work together to fill in the blanks.

Individual reading: the teacher asks students to read on their own and fill in the blanks. The teacher walks around to offer help.

Group work: ask students to work together and share their understanding.
