already had a basic Listening and Speaking skill, however they are lacking in the background knowledge of the Listening and Speaking, such as some words to describe mood etc. The students don't have an awareness of using listening strategies, don’t mention to use them in the spoken English. But they have a great interest in learning about mood differences. Students certainly can solve some of their puzzles in this process.

Part 3 Teaching aims and demands (教学目标)

In this unit, our teaching aims are divided into 3 aims.

1. Knowledge aims(知识目标):

a. To learn the usage of the important words and phrases to describe mood.

b. To learn how to express Worries and give Encouragement.

2. Ability aims (技能目标):

a. Enable the Ss to listen effectively under the guidance of the teacher, and make them express Worries and give Encouragement in oral English .

b. To develop the students’ autonomous ([??'t?n?m?s]自主的)learning ability, cooperative and investigative ([?n'vest?ɡ?t?v] 研究的,调查的)learning abilities.

3. Emotional aims(情感目标):

a. Widen the Ss' international vision.

b. Form the Ss' consciousness (['k?n??sn?s]意识,观念 ) of communication.

Part 4 Teaching importance and difficulties(教学重难点)

1. Important points (教学重点):

a. Have a total and detail comprehension of the listening and speaking material,

b. Help the Ss to improve listening and speaking abilities.

2. Difficult points(教学难点):

a. Study Some sentences which are hard to understand.

b. How to improve the Ss’ listening and speaking abilities.

Part 5 Teaching Methods(教学方法)

According to the above analysis, I will try to use the following teaching methods:

1. Task- based teaching method to let the students ’ability of predict a listening passage.

2. Group-discussion teaching method to make the Ss understand what they've learnt in the class by discussion.

3 .Co-operative teaching method to get every student to take part in the teaching and learning activities and express one’s own mood in English .
