[教学过程]

热身

1.课前播放感染力极强的配乐视频《带上相机去背包旅游吧!这世界有太多值得去的地方!》,为主线话题营造气氛。

2.由师生交流,导入“Every country has different beautiful places.”的主线话题。

(1)教师询问学生个人情况,并询问兴趣爱好:

T: Hello! Xxx, Nice to meet you? How are you? What’s your hobby? Do you like …? What do you usually do on holidays? ...

(2)出示教师的个人信息表,遮挡住具体信息部分,让学生仿照老师的自由提问,来了解老师。

T:It’s my turn now. You can ask me questions to know about me.

(3)学生提问结束后, 课件去除遮挡部分。

T:So much for this. We can go on after school. As you see, my dream is to travel around the world some day. There are so many beautiful places. Every country has different beautiful places.

设计意图:笔者遮挡住自己的具体信息部分,让学生通过提问,来了解老师的个人情况和兴趣爱好。由于不是明知故问,而是存在信息差的真实交流,学生积极性高涨,参与度很高。

Sound time

(一)导入

T:Let’s play the game “Look, listen and guess.”

老师用英语介绍中国、英国、美国和澳大利亚,并逐一出示图片,学生猜国家名称。

中国:It’s not a western country. It’s very large. It has 56 different nationalities. It has a long history.

英国:It’s a western country in Europe. It’s an old country. It’s not very big. Its culture is rich. People usually talk about “weather” when they meet. They love tea, coffee and wine very much.

美国:It’s also a western country. It’s very large. It’s famous for its superpower.

澳大利亚:It’s very large. But there are not a lot of people. It has many interesting animals and places. It has the Opera House and the Great Barrier Reef.
