Doing a survey on students’ exercise habits
教学目标
By the end of this section, students will be able to:
1. make a questionnaire of an idea about their exercise habits;
2. conduct a survey on peers’ exercise according to the questionnaire;
3. gather the survey data, write a report and present the report;
4. evaluate one report from other groups and give suggestions.

1. To create a questionnaire to survey the exercise habits of the students;
2. To finish writing a report on the exercise habits of the students.

The teacher has students read silently the tip on designing questionnaire in Part B on Page 27 and helps them find out the keys when designing a questionnaire.
