教学重点:能正确理解故事内容,有感情地朗读故事,并能用词汇和句型来谈论他们的暑期计划。
教学难点:学生能will的特殊疑问句和一般疑问句谈论自己的暑期计划。
Teaching procedures
Step 1 Warm-up (Before class)
1.T: Who can read these new words? How do you know about them?
S:Listen to the tape ./Listen to Nano Box(纳米盒) ./look them up in the dictionary/
2.T: Look at these key words .In your group ,you can try your best to say more words in 30 seconds. Last summer holiday/This May Day holiday,Where did you go ?请同学带照片到前面汇报。
【设计意图:引导学生对假期,地点,交通,假期感觉进行头脑风暴,让学生回忆学过的单词,为接下来的教学做好语言储备。】
Step 2 Pre-reading tasks
1.T:Last summer holiday ,My friends and I wen to some interesting places.Let’s enjoy and guess Which cities they are.(出示一些景点图片)
S: London .Sydney ,Beijing ,Taipei(请学生读101大厦)
T: Now it is in May. This summer holiday is coming, I will do a lot of things for the it.. Do you want to know about my summer holiday?
S: Yes.
T: I will show you some pictures about my summer holiday. Look and guess
(呈现图片,让学生讨论)
S;You will ...
3.T: Great! You said a lot about my holiday. This is my summer holiday plan.
T: What plans in our class?What will we do? How will we learn ?(揭示课题,贴板子)
S: We will listen carefully/Say actively/read lodly/write quietly/think hard(听说读写方面思考)
【设计意图:利用学生对教师生活的好奇心,引导他们用将来时态谈论老师将在假期做什么,然后引出plan,让他们感知plan的意义,同时明白谈论计划时要用一般将来时态。】
Step 3 While-reading tasks
1.T: (教师展示四幅图片) Look! Our friends are talking about their summer holiday plans too. Look and say :Who are they?
T: What do you want to know about their holidays?
S: Where ?How? Who? What?…(板书)
T: Look carefully .From these pictures , What information can you get ?
【设计意图:让学生就他们想要了解的问题进行提问,锻炼他们的提问能力,同时让他们通过提问感知一份计划需要写出哪些内容。着重培养学生看图获取信息的能力】
