3.Reading: Can read the words and the sentences we learn on the book.

Teaching procedures:
1.Warm-up: 1). Free talk: How are you?
2). All students stand up and sing with dancing together: Hello song.
2. Presentation: 1). Write the name of this unit “Unit 6 What’s this” on the blackboard. Students follow teacher to read it.
2). Teacher do the actions (banana, flower, fish, elephant ) and ask “what’s this?”, students give the answers.
3). Teacher show the flashcards “pen” “book” and students follow to read. Teacher says: show me your pen\book. Students show their pen\book.
4). Teacher show the card “pen” but read it “book”, students correct it and read.
5). Then showing flashcards “pencil” “ruler”, students follow to read. And showing their pencil and ruler.
6). Teacher shows the card quickly, Students read them as quickly as they can.
3. Practice: 1). Up and down: teacher take the flashcard up, students read the word with stand; teacher take the flashcard down, students read the word with sitting.
2). What’s missing: flashcards stick on the blackboard, students close their eyes, then teacher takes away one of them, students guess what’s missing.
4. Presentation: teacher show the flashcards and students follow to say the sentences: it’s a...
5. Practice: Guessing: Showing part of the stationeries, students guess what it is.
6.Consolidation:Passing game: students pass a small bag, when the music stop, who get the bag should answer a question: what’s this?
7.Homework: 给自己的文具是贴上英文标签
8. All students stand up and sing with dancing: Goodbye song.
