S: snake
T: Very good. Let’s play a game. I say snake (小声). You say snake（大声）. 学习单词snake. Letter “s” says [s], （学习字母s 的发音，渗透自然拼读学习），用同样的方法学习elephant, tiger, giraffe等单词。
T：read the words after me. 通过跟读巩固单词。
T:：let’s play a game “Magic Eyes”, 通过游戏检测学生学习新单词的程度。
Step 2:
T: Boys and girls, we have learned many animals. Look here, what’s this?
S: It’s a dog and a cat.
T: Who is big? Let’s watch a short video. Then answer my question: Who is bog? Who is small?
S: The dog is big. The cat is small. 学习新单词samll.

1. T: Ok, boys and girls, now we know the dog is big and the cat is small. There are many big and small animals in the zoo. Today Lingling and Amy will go to the zoo. How many kinds of animals did they see in the zoo? And what animals do they see? Now let’s watch another short video. Then answer my questions.
S: They see four kinds of animals. They are snakes, elephants, tigers, giraffes.

S: These snakes are long.

These giraffes are tall.
These elephants are big.
