教学过程：
一、创设情境，精彩导入
1、Teacher and students greet to each other in English.
2、Sing the song “ Ten little fingers” together.一遍唱歌一遍做相应的动作，让孩子们在活跃气氛下轻松进入课堂。
二、利用资源，学习新知
1、教师手里拿单词卡片，复习上学期学过的数字和颜色类单词。
T: How many ? Ss: Three.
T: What colour ? Ss: Red.这样进入新课的学习孩子们不会感觉到学习新知识有困难，反而会非常高兴，他们会觉得很简单。
2、Listen to the tape ,整体感知“There are“的用法并扳书，让学生多跟白板录音读多读几遍，掌握它后面跟的是复数，教师再进行适当的讲解。
There are some horses. 注意horses的读音。There are some tigers.听课文后，圈出新单词，进行反复的练习巩固。
3、Listen and chant it together in groups.
三、梯次练习，规范到位
1、教师拿出挂图引导学生描述： There are three horses in the zoo. There are three brown monkey.
2、鼓励学生试着描述其余图片。
3、发给学生图片，小组内进行交流学习（互相帮助）。
There are two white horses.
4、教师叫几个孩子来到讲台前当小老师，并且给与指导和鼓励。
四、使用语言，交流巩固
1、OK,today we will learn “Module 7 unit 2 There are three brown monkeys”。
2、Let Ss read the pictures and tell the story.
3、Listen to the tape two times.整体感知课文。
4、逐图听录音并讲解。
T: There are three brown monkeys.有三只棕色的猴子。
5、听录音，逐句跟读注意语音语调，模仿语音语调仿读课文。
6、 Let students read the text together.
7、Read the text in groups, then one by one.（互相帮助）。
8、分角色度课文，教师给与充分的鼓励和奖励。
五、内化实践，检查回顾
1、Look at the picture and say, use”There be”。 There are six brown horses.
2、Listen to the song and sing it together. Pay attention to the sentences with “there be”。
