教学难点:学生能够运用Chinese people invented…说中国其他的发明。
教学准备:micro-class,PPT,word cards,mind map, designed newspaper
教学过程:
Warm up and lead in.
Sing a song “Children from China are Chinese.”
设计意图:运用歌谣活跃课堂气氛并为接下来Chinese people的引入做好准备。
Tell Ss “we are Chinese people ”from the song.
设计意图:通过歌曲引出Chinese people。
Presentation.
Telling Ss “Today we are going to a place, can you guess where is it?” At the same time ,showing them a picture of museum, but hiding the word “博物馆”。
设计意图:出示博物馆图片但遮挡关键字,让学生猜测今天要去哪?引起学生的好奇心,为微课的出示做好准备。
Showing them the video of micro-class and letting them watch and listen carefully.
设计意图:通过微课让学生初步感知paper和printing并了解中国的其他两大发明compass以及gunpowder.
After watching the video, ask Ss to answer these two questions.
Q1: Who invented paper?
Q2: Who invented printing?
设计意图:检验学生是否认真看视频的同时引出目标单词invent,paper,printing并进行文化渗透,让学生知道paper和printing是谁发明。
Teaching the words “invent,invented, paper,printing”. Then introduce “printing”. At last, guide Ss to say the sentence “Chinese people invented paper. Chinese people invented printing.”
设计意图:教授目标单词中的前四个单词和目标句型,让学生听懂,会说单词和句型并让学生了解printing是什么。
Ask Ss “Are Chinese people clever?”
设计意图:为课堂中情感目标的渗透打好基础。
