T: Ok, you are great. let’s listen to the record. What happened?(第一遍光听)

Ss:猫想要抓老鼠

T: right. The cat wants to catch the mouse. Now you follow to read.

Ss: read……(第二遍学生跟读,有难度的地方教师教读)

T:Look at the word “beside”. Follow me “beside, beside”(教师教读生词,并且以学生的位置关系来解释其意义)

T: “in front of”

Ss: in front of, in front of ……(学生以开火车的方法依次往下传,挨个读)

T: now please go on to the next part. There are two pictures. Let’s listen where the man is from.

Ss: Ok.(播放第一遍,了解大意)

After the listening, students answer the question with the help of the teacher.(第二遍听问题) Ss: He is from the Uk. He is from the US. T: I will play the record again. This time you follow to read.(第三遍跟读)

其中举例说明”man”的含义同时通过图例阐释this car(一辆车时) these cars(很多辆车时) T: I invite someone to read for us. Ss1: He invented this bicycle. Ss2: He was from the UK.

Ss3:look at the man beside the bicycle Ss4: look at the man between the two cars. T: Follow me “between, between”. (全班读后,找一组学生挨个读)I am between the girls.(举例说明)

Ss: Lawrence is between the girls. The teacher shows pictures on page 24.

T: Look at the pictures. Where is lingling?(改变了文中的was,以is 呈现) use the hints to describe. I will give you an example. “Lingling is beside the girls”(板书)

Ss: Lingling is beside the girls.

T: Now, I will give you several minutes to discuss with your partners.

Ss: Make a discussion.(同桌讨论)

T: Ok. Discussion is finished. Who wants to have a try? Ss1: Lingling is between the girls.(学生对between, girls发音不清,教师等学生回答完后纠正,

同时教师板书在黑板上)

T: Great. You really do a good job. Give you a sticker.(对勇于回答者给予表扬,奖励贴纸,激

发学生们参与的热情)

Ss2: Lingling is in front of the girls.

Ss3:….. Ss4:………(学生回答不是很正确的,可以多请其他学生描述)

T: Thank you. You are so clever. Well done.(多鼓励学生,增强他们的自信)
