Teaching Procedures:
Step 1 Warm up
Greetings: Say hello to the students.
Have the students look at TV, and write the words in the past tense. (让学生使用白板笔到黑板上写出动词的过去式) e.g: do—did, go—went and so on.
Ask the students what they did yesterday? If they say: I did my homework. Do more practices. (教师使用白板笔点击动词do则出现做作业的图片和句子)

Ask the students “Did you do your homework yesterday?(使用白板笔到本地资源上找图片和学生做对话)” lead the students to use“Yes, I did.” And “No, I didn’t.”to answer the questions. Then lead them to answer like this: No, I didn’t do my homework. (板书 “Yes, I did.”“No, I didn’t.”)
The last picture is about the poor, ask the students if they helped them, what they did for them ? Tell them you have a magic pen, you will give them some clothes, food and shoes.
Step 2 Text Leading.
Have the students look at the picture, ask them to look at the paintbrush. Tell them this class we’re going to learn a story about it.
Have the students look at “白板笔” , ask them what it is. If they don’t know you should tell them: It’s a magic pen, it’s a paintbrush. (展示白板笔)(使用白板笔在屏幕上拉金子图片食物图片).have the students say what they are.
First, Have the students watch a CD and ask them what the story about? (教师使用白板笔到本地资源取神笔马良英语视频) the students should say: It’s a story about “神笔马良”。You should tell them it’s about Chinese story.
Ask the students if they know the story, this class we will learn this story, after this class, they should retell this story in English.
Ask the students if they know what Ma Liang did with this paintbrush.
Step 3 Text Teaching.
Have the students watch the CD and underline the new words。(教师使用白板笔画出新单词)。Have the students read these words and pick up these words on the board..
Play the CD again and have the students repeat. Then have them practice the text. At last, have the students read the text.
(使用白板笔逐一拉出图片)have the students read each picture.then have them read together.
Have them practice the story.
Step 4 Task—Fulfilling.
Have the students use these sentences to retell this story.
(使用白板笔拉出穷人的图片)ask the students if they have magic pen what they want to paint for the poor. Have them take out a paper and draw a picture. Then play the music. At last have them introduce their pictures.
