第一课时
Activity = 1 ﹨* ROMAN I Leading in
A: Greeting.
B: I ask a child, “Are you happy to see me here now?” “Are you sad now?”
C: I tell others, “He/ She is happy/sad now.”
D: I ask another group of chilren, “Were you happy yesterday?”
When a child answers “Yes, I was happy.” I will remind chilren that they went to the martyrs cemetery yesterday. I show their two pictures in the martyrs cemetery. “The martyrs died for our freedom and happies. So we should be sad yesterday.”
E: I ask chilren again, “Were you happy yesterday?”
F: Let’s see a famous play , face-change. Do you know it ? It is very famous in Sichuan.
G: 1) I play the flash of Activity 1 for children to look and listen.
2) I play it again, and children imitate.
3) Chilren read it together. And I write sad, happy, angry on the four line lattice? on the left part of the white board.
4) I ask chilren to tell other adjectives learned in last unit,
Bored.
Activity = 2 ﹨* ROMAN II To present
A: “It was a play. Now there is a girl. Her name is Zara. Yesterday , she was sad at first. But she was happy at last. Do you want to know why? After this lesson , you tell us how you felt yesterday.”
