What are “them”?

Why does the person carry those things?

Carry, what does it mean? C-a-r-r-y, carry/ c-a, ca, a a; r-r-y, ri, 开火车读,for example, I can carry the books. Other example?

Let’s watch the video and think about the questions.

2. Read and answer the specific questions (分段处理课文,用不同方法处理两段)

Let’s read with the following questions (1-3题).

First underline the answers by yourself, then have a group.

1) Read and underline the points, such as phrases and words ending ing.

2) Repeat and emphasize the points (时态,词组,介词)

3) Role-play.

A) Now let’s have a role-play. I’m Simon’s mum. Who wants to be Simon, and Daming? (老师领学生做示范,争取背下来,动作,道具表情到位)

B) Role-play in chorus. Group 1, Daming. Group 2, Simon; Group 3, Simon’s mum. When you read, please stand up.(找大组扮演角色,轮到朗读时,起立)

C)Now have a role-play in groups. Three people in one group. You can act the text or your own adaptation. For example, the things you carry maybe not are oranges and balloons, but can be watermelon, apples or some stationary.
