三、教学步骤与建议
1. 热身/复习(Warm-up / Revision)
1) 师生问好。
T: Good morning / afternoon, children.
Class: Good morning / afternoon, Miss XXX.
T: Nice to see you again!
Class: Nice to see you, too!
2) 教师引导学生运用上一单元所学内容进行自我介绍:
Hello, boys and girls! My name is _____. I’m _____. I come from _____. I live on / in ______.
2. 新课呈现(Presentation)
1) 教师呈现上一单元中的主人公Zhou Pei的图片,在和学生交流她的信息时自然引导学生初步感知本课的重点句型:What’s her name? Her name is Zhou Pei.
2) 教师出示本课主题图,请学生描述图中的内容。可以通过问题引导学生:
T: Who are they?
S: They are Kate and her mum.
T: Who’s that girl?
S: She’s Zhou Pei.
T: What are Kate and her mum talking about? Can you guess?
S: ...
3) 介绍完主题图后,教师先提出以下几个问题,让学生带着问题观看课文视频:
What does mum ask Kate?
What does Zhou Pei look like? Is her hair long or short?
What does Kate think of Zhou Pei?
4) 在回答问题的过程中教师带领学生描述Zhou Pei的外貌特征:She has big eyes and long hair.在回答What does Kate think of Zhou Pei?问题时,引导学生感知pretty和clever。请学生结合班上同学的实际情况谈一谈:…is pretty. She has big eyes and a small mouth. /… is clever. He is good at maths.
3. 趣味操练(Practice)
1) 多种方式引导学生体验、模仿Just talk中的语句。
2) 引导学生分角色表演对话,巩固语言。
3) 练习自编的歌谣。
