本节课是借班上课,但学生们的基础知识比较扎实,能够了解英语课的指令语及要求。考虑到学生在展示中可能会不自信,因此在课堂的教学设计上,一方面应创设轻松愉悦的分氛围,另一方面由浅入深,循序渐进的学习,让学生不断体验成功,增强他们的自信心。

四、教学过程

Step I: Warming-up

1. Free talk

T: Hi, boys and girls. Welcome to our English Class. Let me see how many groups do you have?

Ss: We have four.

T: Can you introduce your group?

Group Welcome: Welcome, welcome, welcome to our school. We’re Group Welcome!

Group To: To, to, welcome to our school. We’re Group To!

Group Our: Our, our, welcome to our school. We’re Group Our!

Group School: School, school, welcome to our school. We’re Group School!

T: Welcome! Look, there’re some cards on your desk. Library, meeting room, science lab, language lab, music club, art club. If you do actively, you can get them. And then stick them on the picture of your school. Are you ready?

S: Ok.

T: Begin our class, Lesson Five.

设计意图:交待评价手段,激发学习热情。

2. Play a guessing game.

T: First, let’s play a guessing game. It’s a place. We can see many teachers and students here. We often have lessons, play games and do interesting activities. What place is it?

Ss: School.

T: Right! School! This is our school “No.3 Primary School”.

设计意图:通过猜谜,配合板书呈现,引出本课主题:School。

T: Oh, sorry! My mobile phone is calling.

Tel: Hello, may I speak to Miss Wang?

T: Hello, this is Miss Wang.

Tel: Hello, this is Jack. I’d like to visit your school this morning. Can you show me around your school?

T: Welcome!

Tel: See you later!

T: See you!

T: My friend will visit our school this morning. Can you show him around our school?

Ss: Ok.

设计意图:通过人机对话的形式,为本课创设情景:Jack即将参观我校,询问学生能否带他去参观,在参观的过程中复习了旧知,也学习了新知。
