[设计意图]:教师介绍本节课主要复习第一单元的知识,让学生了解本节课的话题,尽快进入学习的情境。
The teacher shows some pictures about the school, the headmaster, the students and the teachers.
[设计意图]:通过图片,一是让学生回忆学校的主要成员,为后面的歌曲做准备;二是帮助学生进入本节课的学习情境。
The teacher checks yesterday’s homework. And let students show their answers on the whiteboard. Then ask and answer: what do you often do in the ...?
[设计意图]:通过让学生白板展示昨天的作业,并师生或者生生进行问答的活动,和学生一起复习第一单元的重点句型。
Step 2: presentation
The teacher introduces five visitors to students. They are MR WHITE, MISS BLACK, MR BROWN, MISS GREEN and MISS BLUE. Let students sing a song to welcome them.
[设计意图]:通过唱歌活动不仅活跃了课堂气氛,还帮助学生进入课堂情境。
The visitors want to walk around the school. So each group invites a visitor to show him/her around the school. At the same time, do a report for him/her to introduce our school.

[设计意图]:结合实际生活中参观的真实情况和本节课的复习重点,让学生用所学语言介绍自己的学校。为学生创造真实情境运用目标语言。
Let students show their reports in groups.
[设计意图]:学生做报告时秉着面向全体的原则,要求每个学生都要发言。通过学生的展示,一可以检查学生是否掌握知识点并能灵活运用;二可以增强学生的自信心。
Brain storm: The visitors also want to know something about students’ school life. Let students guess what they may want to know.
[设计意图]:接着上一步参观完学校,客人们下一步会找学生做问答的真实情境,让学生预测一下客人们会问什么问题。让学生以学校为中心进行发散思考,以点成线进行拓展,复习相关的知识,并帮助学生在脑海中形成知识结构。
The teacher makes a summary about the questions.
[设计意图]:师生一起总结一下大家想到的问题,教师可以把课件上没有预测到的问题写在黑板上,为学生下一步小组活动做准备。
Let the group leader act the visitor to ask and answer with group members.
