Structure of the present perfect tense

I have lived here since I was born.
(This is the present perfect tense. In this example, you can see
when I was born, l lived here and I still live here when the words
were said.)
I lived here two years ago.
(This is the simple past tense. In this example, I lived here two years ago. Something has changed in the past two years and I don’t live here now.)
1. We use the present perfect tense to talk about an action that
started in the past and continues to the present. 过去完成时表示过去某一时间开始一直持续到现在的动作或状态。
Eddie has just eaten Hobo’s food.
2. We use the present perfect tense to talk about an action that
happened in the past and has a connection with the present.
现在完成时表示过去发生或已经完成的动作对现在 造成的影响或结果。
(This is the present perfect tense. In this example,Eddie ate the food, and now Hobo has nothing to eat.)
I have already read this book many times.
3. We also use the Present perfect tense to talk about how many
times an action has happened till now.现在完成时表示到现在为止多次动作的总和。
She's been married three times.
There have been many buildings in my
town.
I can’t get in the house. I’ve lost my keys.
She has lived in Beijing all her life.
How clean! Who has cleaned the room?
