Anyway, I have worked out a programme for myself. I now stop for an hour at lunchtime to sit and chat with my friends and I take a walk in the park with my grandmothers’ dog after school. I also watch a film on television once a week and I have even started doing T’aichi with my mother first thing in the morning. And you know, it is surprising how much more work I now get done, and I feel great! I have much more energy and, best of all-no more headaches! It is wonderful.
