I really want to obtain this chance,because I want to improve my organisional ability, communication skills as well as my confidence in public.

Firstly,being an outgoing boy and the team leader of our school basketball team,I get along well with my teammates,enjoy a harmonious interpersonal relationship.Besides,I used to talk with my foreign friends through the Internet,exchanging ideas on cultural differences , so I have a good command of English , which makes it possible for me to communicate better with others.
