First up -- the numbers: 200 fighter jets, 12,000 troops, 70,000 doves, 70,000 balloons, all part of a massive military parade Thursday in the Chinese capital of Beijing.
It is the first one since President Xi Jinping came to power in 2012. He unexpectedly announced that China's military would be reduced by 300,000 troops, bringing it down to about 2 million total. For comparison, the U.S. military has 1.4 million troops.

倒装句|句装倒
英语句子的自然顺序是主语在前,谓语在后（主语+谓语）。把谓语动词放在主语之前（谓语+主语）,就叫倒装结构。如果全部谓语放在主语之前, 叫全部倒装; 如果只把助动词或be 动词放在主语之前就叫部分倒装。
