5. Talk about repeated actions.

Some villagers say that they have seen UFOs many times.

I have not been sleeping well since I returned home.

2. Talk about actions that have just finished but are still connected with the present in some way.

Mavis: Yes, I have been waiting for an hour.

have / has been doing

1.present perfect tense: an action completed in the recent past .

present perfect continuous :an action that started in the past and is still happening.
