Dear Madam,
My name is Li Ming. I am a senior student in our school. I feel bad to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to make a complaint about the Library service on the campus.
In the first place, as a senior student, I find that some of the books in the library are outdated. Second,?the light in the reading room is not bright, which is harmful to our eyes. Third, there is no air-conditioning and we are sweating heavily while reading.
