Young Walt Disney loved to draw. He worked hard at drawing cartoons. Sometimes when he worked in his little office, a mouse would run near his desk. “Would you like to be my pet?” Walt asked the mouse. He caught the mouse and kept him as a pet. He called him Mortimer.
