被动语态小妙计：
1. 宾变主，主变宾
2. 被动语态的谓语动词变成“be+过去分词”
3. 主动语态中的主语变为介词by+宾语，引出动作的执行者，(若没必要指明动作的执行者时，by短语可省略)。
