Teaching Procedures:

Step I:Lead- in

Show some pictures of movies related to cloning and ask students to find out the common point to import the topic.

Step II:Contact life

Let students give examples about cloning and then ask some of the students to give their answers.

Step III:Brainstorm

The teacher will show the students some examples. At the same time ask the students to brainstorm the advantages of cloning.

Step IV:Watch a video clip

Watch a video clip about animal cloning and write down the animals mentioned in the video.

Step V:Discussion

“If you had c cloning card,what kind of animals would you clone and why?” After the discussion the teacher give her answer--she will clone dodo.
